Our primary arsenic solution is the AdEdge AD4510S Arsenic Reduction Cartridge which is a replacement filter for under the counter or POU (point-of-use) filters that require filtration right at the point where water is being used. The filter removes up to 99% of arsenic from water. With a nominal rating of 25 microns and a flow rate of 0.5 GPM, the filter cartridge is apt for any standard filter housing. It has a capacity of 3,000 gallons and the dimensions are 4 3/4″ x 9 3/4″ making it easy to fit-in any under-sink spaces.

I had a 16 year old Eco water softener that was still working well but the screen was totally black and I couldn't see it to reset after adding salt. My contact in the office was Mindy who was very helpful. She told me how much a circuit board would cost and also told me about a comparable unit to the one I had (plus info on others). I chose to get a new unit comparable to the unit I had. My thinking was that I'd spend quite a bit of money on a new circuit board and then the unit would stop working soon after (Murphy's Law). Lance came out to install the new unit and take away the old unit. He was very good at explaining what he was going to do and before I knew it, the new unit was up and running. Along the way, Lance showed me a couple of things that were starting to go on the old unit which helped to re-enforce my initial thinking about getting a new unit. I was very pleased in dealing with Eco Systems as I always had been over the years. Thank you.

We have used Ecowater to maintain our water filtration system for several years and have always been very happy with their work. I'm writing this review because sometimes the true measure of a company and its people is how they respond when something goes wrong. Recently, they came out and installed a new part that sprung a leak overnight and did a lot of damage to the ceiling, walls and floors. Michael and his guys came out to our home near Orlando to assess the damage. They cleaned up the mess and then made us whole, paying for all the work that was needed, which included bringing in equipment to dry the area out to prevent mold, a drywall company to repair the ceiling and wall, and a flooring company to replace the flooring. This is an outstanding company and they have our loyalty for life! I wish I could give them more stars! Thanks, Ecowater!

My 17 year old water softener was, I thought, on its last leg and about ready to die. Jason, who has been servicing my softener for several years, responded. I started looking at home water filtration systems several weeks after moving to Florida. After some investigation, I discovered that the itching and burning that I was experiencing all over my body was coming from the high level of chlorine that is in the water. I have to give this company five stars! From start to finish, everyone at EcoWater was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. John T. and Jason (installer) are given high marks for their explanation and installation of the water system we chose for our home. The price was more than fair and they didn't try to sell us a yearly maintenance contract that is not needed for this system.
