We have been clients of EcoWater since they installed a new water softener several years ago. Recently, the softener got stuck in a recharge cycle and needed quick attention. Javier came to the house and worked by FaceTime with Jay to analyze the problem, work through the options and install a solution quickly. I was very pleased with the timely service and thorough approach to helping get our softener back on track.

The service technician was excellent and I really like the Eco Water softener. However, I think $149 for an annual service fee and 1 bag of salt is an excessive fee. The entire visit took 15 minutes.

Jason came to service my water softener. I received an automatic call prior to his arrival informing me of when to expect him. I could tell right off that he was extremely knowledgable and answered all my questions. I highly recommend him.

Service was on time, 5 year maintenance completed in timely fashion, site was cleaned up and I had my garage back to myself before the time on the service call expired. See you next year.

Technician showed up on time and gave a good explanation of our well infiltration system. We will be working with them for future inspection & maintenance to keep it working properly.

Great experience with EcoWater! Technician that installed the system made sure that we understood all of the applications available. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly! We have definitely already noticed a difference in our water!

The installer, William Karl, was excellent. Very friendly, patient and thoroughly explained everything step-by-step. He did a very professional looking installation with minimal disruption of the lawn and outside area (he deserves 5 stars). Our salesman, Danny, seemed very genuine during his presentation, however, after agreeing to purchase a system and signing a contract, he was less than professional. He promised an install date that we later found out was not possible, he could not schedule the installation, only the office could schedule installation (installation was actually not available until a week after his promised date). During the scheduling process, I attempted several times to contact him requesting written confirmation of the date to no avail. I finally contacted the office and was able to confirm a date and time on my own. I have not heard from Danny since the contract was finalized (obviously he was only interested in closing a sale and would say/promise anything to close the sale. I rate him 2 stars at best). Also, he stated that a cover for the unit was included in the sale; we later found out that was not true and we had to purchase an aftermarket cover.

Such a great experience with EcoWater. We were connected with them via Costco & the service has proven to be excellent. Danny Vargas is a super star - he educated us & explained the filtering & did the water tests in our home. The tech that came to the house was also wonderful & helpful at explaining our chosen system. Pricing was better than others in the market. I would recommend Eco Water to anyone looking for water softening, and filtering devices.

A great partner for all your quality water needs. I had a water softener installed at my well and purifier (3 stage cartridge unit) under my sink in the kitchen 4 years ago by EcoWater. My water quality is consistently excellent only surpassed by the level of service in annual maintenance and water quality checks. Highly recommend this company.
